Clinical Philosophy
Dr. Mohit Bodhwani's approach starts with an honest diagnosis: every tooth that hurts does not need a root canal, and treatment is recommended only when the tooth genuinely needs it. When a tooth can be saved, he saves it - even teeth with limited remaining structure can often be preserved with the right treatment and a well-fitted crown. He plans root canal treatment with local anesthesia and a focus on patient comfort. A single visit may be suitable for some teeth; other teeth need multiple visits depending on the diagnosis. He explains each step to patients before and during treatment, and recommends reviews and six-monthly check-ups so treated teeth last for years.

Published MTA Apexification Case Report
Dr. Mohit Bodhwani (Endodontist)’s 2014 case report describes treatment of a nonvital immature front tooth with an open root tip, using MTA with a calcium hydroxide internal matrix to keep the MTA from passing beyond the root tip.
